The Love Hub Opens This Thursday!!!

Hey you guys,

Get excited!! The Love Hub opens this Thursday February 6^th @ 7pm. Woohoo! It’s one week of love-inspired events leading up to Valentine’s day ;)

So, here’s the line-up of events/activities:

Thursday February 6: OPENING CEREMONY, which will include a toast to officially open the hub, launch of the hand-painted t-shirt exhibition by Yetty D (you wanna see this), and a calligrapher to pen your love letters! Come relax on a Thursday evening with good company. @6pm

Friday February 7: DINNER AND A MOVIE. We will be screening Before Sunrise (starring Ethan Hawk and Julie Delpy) in a romantic, cozy setting. There are very limited spaces available so to book tables, please reply this email ASAP. N2500/single, N4500/couple @7pm (Movie starts at 7:30pm)

Saturday February 8: SOULFUL LOVE. This is a variety night/open mic event where you can come chill, read a poem, share a spoken word piece, sing a song, share a monologue, etc. It’s an evening of baring our souls (Ok, not that deep. Lol) in the name of love! @7pm

Sunday February 9: SPEED DATING with a twist!! This promises to be so much fun! Come ready to speed date while wearing a mask after all, love should be about more than just appearances J and it has been said “Beauty attracts the eyes but personality captures the heart”! @4pm

Monday-Wednesday, February 10-12: MOVIE AND POPCORN. Come watch interesting, love-inspired movies and fall in love with love. Also, a great time to meet new people and wait out Lagos traffic! A different movie will be screened each night. N500 to cover drinks and popcorn. @7pm (Movie starts @7:30pm PROMPT)

Thursday February 13: THE LOVE MIXER! A fun evening of games, laughter, music, networking, and just good times! Come kick off your shoes, throw off your ties and play!! You’ll also be able to pick up a unique gift for your Valentine! @6pm

The Love Hub is brought to you by The Love Chest in collaboration with LopeSided Works and Whitespace and it's supported by Yetty D and Smooth 98.1FM.

The venue for all events is Whitespace, 58 Raymond Njoku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria
